A session planner that schedules game night for you
WorldMaster RPG’s session planner finds the night your group can play. Players mark their availability on a shared calendar, you schedule a session and collect RSVPs, and WorldMaster posts it to your Discord channel when it is planned and again 5, 3 and 1 days before, in each member’s local time.
How does scheduling work?
- A shared calendar where everyone marks the days they can play
- Sessions with RSVPs, so you know who is coming
- Player groups for tables that play apart, each notified on its own
- Discord posts that @mention the right role, with times in local time zones
Do I need a Discord server?
No. The planner works on its own; connecting a Discord channel adds the automatic posts and reminders.
Frequently asked questions
When are the Discord reminders sent?
When a session is planned, and again 5, 3 and 1 days before it starts.
Can I run separate groups in one campaign?
Yes. Each player group has its own sessions, and only that group is notified and can RSVP.
