Fantasy calendars and campaign timelines
WorldMaster RPG lets you design a custom fantasy calendar, with your own months, eras, seasons and multiple moons with accurate phases, and then record your campaign’s history on a timeline of events linked by cause and consequence.

What can a custom calendar include?
- Custom months, weeks and day names
- Named eras, ages and epochs
- Seasons and festivals
- Multiple moons with orbital phases
- Recurring events such as holidays and market days
How do timelines work?
Events have dates or durations, a resolution status and links to the characters and locations involved. Chain them into causes and consequences, then switch from the list to an interactive mind map to explore how your history fits together.
Can my players follow the timeline?
Yes. Players see the events their characters know about, on the same calendar the GM uses, and a world clock keeps the in-game date in sync.
Frequently asked questions
Can I make a calendar with more than one moon?
Yes. Calendars support multiple moons, each with its own orbit and phases.
Can events be undated?
Yes. Myths and legends can live on the timeline without a fixed date.
